Missing or Damaged Items Notification Policy

When you receive your package, we suggest that you immediately open the package and ensure that all items are contained within the package and are in working order. If an item is missing or damaged, you are required to contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to report the missing or damaged item. You can contact the Customer Service Department via email at customerservice@holymonkeyinc.com or by phone at 951-703-4855. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (PST). We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if we have not been notified within the required time-frame.

If for any reason you wish to return all or part of your order, you can return your items for a refund. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in unused condition. No variation from these conditions is permitted.

Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 60 days but less than 90 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning your items, please make sure you enclose a copy of your sales order or the following information:

• Name, Address, and Telephone number
• Order number
• List of items returned
• Reason for returning

We recommend that you use certified or traceable mail. Please contact your post office or parcel carrier for advice. We do not offer returns on sales outside the United States. Gift wrapping is a non-refundable service. Please mail items to:
